Membership Cancellation Policy – Updated for FTC Click-to-Cancel Rule Compliance

At My Tennis Wall LLC, we are committed to providing our members with a transparent, flexible, and accommodating experience. In line with the Federal Trade Commission's new Click-to-Cancel Rule, we've updated our cancellation policy to make membership management easier and fully compliant, while still honoring our existing 30-day notice and 3-month minimum commitment terms.
Policy Overview:
Members wishing to cancel their membership must submit an electronic notice of cancellation at least 30 days prior to their desired cancellation date. This allows for a smooth transition and helps both the member and My Tennis Wall LLC make necessary adjustments.
We require a minimum membership term of 3 months, and cancellations will be processed only after this initial commitment is fulfilled.
If you signed up online, you can cancel online — it's that easy. No phone calls or in-person visits are required, though those options remain available for your convenience.
How to Submit a Cancellation Notice:
Members, or the guardian of a Junior Member, can click here to cancel their membership and submit an online cancelation form.

Via the My Tennis Wall app, in the account management portal

Alternatively, members may email info@mytenniswall.com with written confirmation of their intent to cancel.
Final Billing and Access:
Members will be responsible for all dues or fees incurred during the 30-day notice period.
Membership access and benefits will remain active through the end of the notice period.
Confirmation of Cancellation:
After receiving your cancellation notice, My Tennis Wall LLC will process your request and provide written confirmation, including the effective cancellation date.
Feedback and Follow-Up:
We value your feedback. Members are encouraged to share their experiences and reasons for cancellation, which helps us improve our offerings and service.
Policy Acknowledgment:
All members (and guardians of Junior Members) must acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy — including the 3-month minimum and 30-day notice requirement — upon signing the membership agreement.
