Membership FAQs

  • A one-time $129 fee applies to month-to-month memberships. It’s fully waived if you choose a 6- or 12-month contract.

  • Memberships autopay monthly on the same calendar date. Failed payments must be resolved within 5 business days. Major credit and debit cards are accepted.

  • Month-to-month plans need 30 days’ written notice, no penalty. 6- and 12-month contracts are binding for the full term, then cancel with 30 days’ notice. Early termination may carry a fee equal to two months at your contracted rate.

  • No — monthly class allotments expire at the end of each billing cycle. Classes must be booked in advance, and cancellations need at least 12 hours’ notice to avoid losing the credit. You can buy one extra class a month at the member rate.

  • It’s an optional monthly subscription in 25-minute ($149/mo) or 55-minute ($249/mo) formats, addable or removable with 30 days’ notice. Sessions are booked separately and subject to availability.

  • Yes, for medical or travel reasons, up to 2 months per year with at least 7 days’ written notice. A $25 freeze fee applies.

  • No — memberships are issued to the named member only and are non-transferable. Sharing access may result in immediate termination without refund.
