30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most new, unused items.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Item must include original packaging and tags

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale:

  • Used tennis rackets

  • Custom-strung rackets

  • Grip-customized rackets

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

Rackets

  • Unstrung rackets may be returned within 30 days if unused.

  • Strung rackets may not be returned once used on court.

  • Custom string jobs are non-refundable.

Bags, Apparel & Accessories

Must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Return Shipping

  • Please email us at info@mytenniswall.com to request a return shipping label.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method if you choose to create your own label.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Once we receive and inspect your return:
